Welcome to ELEVATE-ED. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our mobile applications and related services, which are designed to support the work of educators, school counselors, and other educational professionals. By creating an account or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

The App is intended solely for professional use by adults who are teachers, school counselors, administrators, or otherwise employed in educational environments. 

To access App features, you will be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary.  You are responsible for ensuring that users have access to technology (iPhone and/or Android) that is up to date and supports App functionality.

All users are expected to behave in a professional and respectful manner when using the App. You agree not to share, or otherwise distribute, any content that is available through the App to parties that are not under the purchase agreement created when access was granted. The App should only be used for lawful purposes and in a way that reflects your role as an educator or counselor.

All intellectual property associated with the App, including the software, design, branding, and all content we provide, is owned by ELEVATE-ED. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App. 

The App is available only through a paid subscription. Refunds are only issued as described in our Refund Policy or required by law. 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time and without prior notice if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful conduct, or misused sensitive data. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the App and any associated data may be permanently deleted.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable laws. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through in-app communication. Continued use of the App after changes are made indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Michigan, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located within that jurisdiction.
