Our Why
At Elevate-Ed, our mission is simple: empower educators and school counselors to be their very best—because when they thrive, students succeed. Too often, these essential professionals are under-supported, despite being at the heart of student growth and achievement. We're here to change that. Our user-friendly app offers a convenient platform for mentors and mentees to build meaningful, supportive relationships while accessing practical, online curriculum that ensures the new educator is set up for success. In addition, our app eliminates concerns among district leadership that new educators, school counselors, and CTE counselors aren’t getting what they need—or that mentors are ill-equipped to provide targeted, effective support.
Elevate-ED also provides districts with customized professional development workshops for CTE teachers, school counselors, and CTE counselors, designed to complement existing PD opportunities that may not be relevant to their specific roles. Combined with tailored training built around district needs and continuous improvement goals Elevate-ED delivers the kind of relevant, hands-on support that truly makes a difference.
Educators at heart, we bring firsthand experience, passion, and understanding to everything we do. And while our primary focus is uplifting those who guide students, we remain directly connected to students themselves through our online career development services—ensuring that every learner has access to the tools and guidance they need for a successful future.
Our Team
Sarah Pilarski and Shannon Williams are dedicated educators with over 25 years of experience each, both in the classroom and in providing professional development for teachers and school counselors. Throughout their careers, they have been committed to supporting educators at every stage, with a special focus on helping those just beginning their journey.
Their passion for education and mentorship has driven them to create meaningful resources and programs that empower new teachers and counselors to grow with confidence. Shannon and Sarah believe that when educators are supported and equipped to be the best version of themselves, they can make a lasting impact in the lives of their students and communities.
