  • Mentors are paired with new teachers and counselors based on grade level, subject area, and district priorities. We also consider personality and teaching style to create meaningful, supportive partnerships.

  • New teachers and counselors gain a trusted mentor who can help them navigate classroom management, curriculum planning, and school culture. This support improves confidence, reduces burnout, and increases retention.
