Elevate-Ed is a mentorship program that pairs new teachers with experienced, tenured educators. The program is designed to provide professional guidance, classroom support, and encouragement to help new teachers thrive in their first years.

Mentees are early-career teachers and counselors within participating school districts, while mentors are tenured teachers and counselors who have demonstrated strong instructional practice and leadership.

Mentors are paired with new teachers and counselors based on grade level, subject area, and district priorities. We also consider personality and teaching style to create meaningful, supportive partnerships.

New teachers and counselors gain a trusted mentor who can help them navigate classroom management, curriculum planning, and school culture. This support improves confidence, reduces burnout, and increases retention.

Mentors strengthen their own leadership skills, share their expertise, and contribute to the long-term success of their school community. Many mentors report that the experience reinvigorates their own practice.

Mentor-mentee pairs typically meet at least once a month. Meetings may include classroom observations, co-planning sessions, or one-on-one check-ins, depending on the needs of the mentees. Scheduling of these meetings can be done directly in the app.
