Meet the Founders

Sarah Pilarski and Shannon Williams are dedicated educators with over 25 years of experience each, both in the classroom and in providing professional development for teachers and school counselors. Throughout their careers, they have been committed to supporting educators at every stage, with a special focus on helping those just beginning their journey.

Their passion for education and mentorship has driven them to create meaningful resources and programs that empower new teachers and counselors to grow with confidence. Sarah and Shannon believe that when educators are supported and equipped to be the best version of themselves, they can make a lasting impact in the lives of their students and communities.
